CR2 Submits Comments in Response to Colombia’s Ministry of Information of Technologies and Communications Request for Public Comment on its Draft National Cybersecurity Decree

The Coalition to Reduce Cyber Risk, Inc. submits these comments in response to the invitation for public comments issued by Colombia’s Ministry of Information of Technologies and Communications (“the Ministry”) regarding the development of guidelines to strengthen the governance of digital security, identification of digital critical infrastructures, and risk management responses to incidents (“Decree”). CR2 appreciates the opportunity to comment and looks forward to working with the Ministry develop and implement the new guidelines.
