The Coalition to Reduce Cyber Risk (CR2) submitted comments in response to the European Commission’s public consultation on revising the Cybersecurity Act. The submission offers comments on the three key areas of the consultation: the mandate of the EU Agency for Cybersecurity (ENISA), the European Cybersecurity Certification Framework (ECCF), and efforts to simplify cybersecurity and incident reporting obligations.
